I started the original Promote the Progress blog in January, 2004. Over the years, I've written about patent law and policy issues from all corners of the globe, ranging from the patent reform saga here at home, to the struggles in India relating to that countries efforts to live up to its TRIPs obligations, to the agressive use of international patent law by the Brazilian government in dealing with its HIV/AIDS crisis.
2008 brings big changes to Promote the Progress. I'm building the site out as a portal of patent law information from all corners of the globe.
